At Lanby, we understand that plans may change. If you need to cancel an order, please review the following policy.
Cancellation Before Processing
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
If your order has not entered processing, a full refund will be issued.
Cancellation After Processing
Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
However, you may be eligible to request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Approved cancellation refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
