RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We want customers to understand the return process before making a purchase.
RETURN PERIOD
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days after confirmed delivery.
To request a return, email yanguoxiong002@outlook.com before sending the item. Include your name, order number, reason for return, and supporting photographs when applicable.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Returned merchandise must be:
• Unworn and unused
• In its original condition
• Free from scratches, stains, odors, or alteration
• Returned with all original packaging, labels, protective materials, certificates, and included accessories
• Accompanied by proof of purchase
Items that show signs of wear, use, damage caused after delivery, modification, or missing components may be refused or subject to a deduction where permitted by law.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are generally not eligible for return unless damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise required by law:
• Personalized, engraved, or custom-made products
• Gift cards
• Final-sale items clearly identified before purchase
• Earrings or pierced jewelry that have been opened, tried on, worn, or had their hygiene seal removed
• Items damaged through misuse, improper care, or unauthorized repair
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Contact us within seven days after delivery. Please provide:
• Order number
• Clear photographs of the item
• Photographs of the external packaging
• Photograph of the shipping label
• A description of the issue
• Video evidence when reasonably necessary to understand the problem
We will review the evidence and offer an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement, repair, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
RETURN SHIPPING
For approved returns involving a confirmed defect, shipping damage, or an incorrect item, Viya Studio will provide an appropriate resolution.
For preference-based returns—including size, color, style, fit, or change of mind—the customer is responsible for return shipping and should use a trackable shipping service.
Do not return merchandise to the address shown on the package without contacting us. The return processing address may be different from our business address.
REFUNDS
After an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the decision.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, generally within 5–10 business days after inspection. Banks, card issuers, PayPal, and other payment providers may require additional time to post the funds.
Original shipping charges, expedited shipping fees, customs charges, and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return results from our error or applicable law requires otherwise.
CANCELLATIONS
Contact us immediately if you wish to cancel an order. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed after processing or shipment has begun.
CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
Please contact us first if there is a problem with your order. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve eligible issues through our established customer-service and return process.
Filing a payment dispute does not eliminate return requirements when a return is otherwise necessary. We reserve the right to provide order, communication, tracking, delivery, and return records to the payment provider when responding to a dispute.
