Chest
Measure around the fullest part of your chest while keeping the measuring tape level.
Shoulder
Measure from one shoulder edge to the other across your back.
Waist
Measure around your natural waistline without pulling the tape too tightly.
Hips
Measure around the fullest part of your hips.
Foot Length
Stand on a flat surface with your heel against a wall.
Measure from the heel to the tip of your longest toe.
Choose the size that best matches your measurement.
