ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may include major credit or debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, and other supported payment services.

PRICING

Unless otherwise stated, prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and other order costs are shown before the customer completes payment.

PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION

By submitting an order, the customer represents that:

• The payment information is accurate.
• The customer is authorized to use the selected payment method.
• The customer authorizes the total amount displayed at checkout.
• The billing and contact information provided is complete and accurate.

PAYMENT PROCESSING

Payments are processed by independent payment providers. Viya Studio does not receive or store complete card numbers or CVV security codes.

A payment authorization does not guarantee order acceptance. Orders may be reviewed, placed on hold, declined, or canceled for reasons including:

• Failed payment authorization
• Billing or shipping information mismatch
• Suspected unauthorized activity
• Inventory errors
• Pricing or listing errors
• Inability to verify the customer or transaction
• Violation of applicable law or store policies

If we cancel a paid order, the payment will be voided or refunded to the original payment method.

PAYMENT VERIFICATION

To protect customers and our business, we may request reasonable verification, such as confirmation of the billing address, delivery address, recipient identity, or payment authorization.

Customers should never send complete card information, CVV codes, account passwords, or online banking credentials by email.

PAYMENT DISPUTES

If you do not recognize a charge or have a concern about an order, contact us at yanguoxiong002@outlook.com before initiating a dispute. We will review the transaction and attempt to resolve the matter promptly.
