Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time Most orders are processed and shipped within 5–7 business days after payment is confirmed. For items with longer production cycles, processing may take 10–15 business days. You will be notified if there is an extended processing time for your order.

Shipping Origin All orders are shipped from China.

Estimated Delivery Time Once shipped, estimated delivery time is 10–30 business days, depending on your location and local postal service. Please note that delivery times may be longer due to customs clearance, which is beyond our control.

Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs inspection and import duties or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
